Real talk? If you show up and do the work, yes. The main difference is I can't physically touch you to adjust your position like I can with in-person training, but I can absolutely see your form on camera and coach you through corrections in real-time. Some of my virtual clients get the same (or better) results than my in-person ones because the convenience factor means they're more consistent. And consistency beats everything.

We connect via FaceTime or WhatsApp video at your scheduled session time. I can see you, you can see me - it's like I'm right there in your living room (minus stealing your snacks). I watch your form, count your reps, coach you through every exercise, and push you just like I would in person. You work out, I make sure you're doing it right and safely. Simple as that.

Depends on where you're working out! Have a gym membership? We'll use whatever they've got. Training at home? We can make it work with basics - resistance bands, a set of dumbbells, maybe a mat. I design your workouts around what you have access to. I've trained clients who had a full home gym and clients who had literally nothing but bands. We make it work.

Yes! I can see you on camera and I'll coach you through adjustments in real-time. "Push through your heels," "Keep your chest up," "Engage your core" - you'll hear all of it. If I can't see your form properly because of camera angle, we adjust until I can. If something looks off, I'll demo the movement again so you can see exactly what I mean. The camera is my eyes, and I know what to look for.

First, we try to reconnect. If the connection is absolutely terrible and we can't get it working? We'll reschedule, depending on how much of the session we already got through. For example, if we only had 15 minutes left when things went south, I'll most likely just add that time to our next session (if both our schedules allow). If it died 10 minutes in? Yeah, we're rescheduling the full thing. Bottom line: we'll work it out. Don't stress about tech glitches - they happen, and I'm not going to penalize you for something outside your control.

That's on you AND me. My job is to hold you accountable, check in with you, design workouts that challenge you, and be there to support you. Your job is to show up for yourself. But here's what virtual clients tell me: training from home means no commute, no gym intimidation, no worrying about what you look like. For a lot of women, that actually makes it EASIER to stay consistent. And consistency is what gets results.

Pretty much anywhere! As long as you've got decent wifi or cell service and space to move, we're good. I've trained clients from hotel rooms, their parents' basement, vacation rentals, even a park. Your fitness doesn't stop because you're traveling. Virtual training moves with you.

I'm based in EST and that's where most of my training happens. That said, I've worked with clients in different time zones when they travel or if their schedule is flexible enough to make it work. If you're on the West Coast and can train at 6am your time (9am mine)? We can make it happen. If you're international and there's a reasonable overlap? Let's talk. I'm not saying I'll wake up at 3am, but I'm willing to be flexible when it makes sense for both of us.

Yes! Maybe you start virtual and then move to NYC, or you're in-person but travel for work sometimes. Whatever - we adjust. You can switch between the two or even do a combination of both. Just keep in mind that pricing is different, so any payment adjustments will be due before we make the change. My goal is to keep you consistent with training no matter what life throws at you. We'll figure out what works.

Maybe the first time? But you get used to it fast. Most of my virtual clients forget we're not in the same room after the first few sessions. It becomes normal. And honestly, some women actually prefer it because they feel less self-conscious than they would in a crowded gym. Give it a shot - you might be surprised.

Setup (2-3 minutes):
We connect on video, you show me your space, and I make sure I can see your full body in frame. Quick check-in about how you're feeling, any soreness from last session, life stress that might affect today's workout.
Warm-up (5-7 minutes):
I walk you through a dynamic warm-up specific to what we're training that day. I'm watching to make sure you're moving well and ready to work.
The Actual Workout (40-45 minutes):
I explain each exercise and demo it if needed
You do the movement while I watch and coach you in real-time
I give you form corrections as you go ("chest up," "push through your heels")
I count your reps, tell you when to rest, keep you on track
I push you when I see you have more in the tank
I adjust weights or reps based on how you're performing that day
Cool-down & Debrief (5 minutes):
Stretching and mobility work while we talk about how the session felt, what's coming next workout, and any questions you have. I log everything so I can track your progress.
Between sessions:
Text me questions, send form check videos, or just check in. I'm here for you all week, not just during the hour.
Bottom line:
It feels like having a trainer in the room with you. The only difference is I can't physically adjust your position - but I can see everything and coach you through it. Most clients forget we're on a screen by their third session.
