I’m Gelli—ISSA-certified trainer, nutrition coach, and the person who will genuinely celebrate when you finally nail that form you've been working on. I work with women in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens who are tired of fitness programs that treat them like identical robots.
REAL TALK: You get me for your sessions—not handed off to whoever’s available. Your program is designed specifically for YOUR body, not copy-pasted from a template. And yes, you can absolutely still eat tacos and see results. I have the same nutritionist who told me that, and she was right.

If we move forward: we schedule a strategy consult.
This call usually takes about 45-min and I’ll assess your movement patterns, learn about your body’s quirks, and start designing your program.

Then we train at your gym.
In-person sessions at your gym, or virtual if that works better for your schedule. You’ll have the Valiosa App with your full program, progress tracking, and direct access to me between sessions.

As you progress: your program evolves.
Monthly check-ins ensure we’re hitting your goals and adjusting for what’s working (and what’s not).
TRAINING LOCATIONS: I work with clients at gyms throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

You get me - the full hour, every session. I design your personalized workout plan, coach you through every exercise, correct your form in real-time, and push you when you need it (or pull back when your body's telling us to chill). Between sessions, I'm available for questions or when you need a pep talk. You're not just getting workouts - you're getting someone who actually cares about your progress and knows how to get you there.

I offer both single sessions and packages. Packages save you money and keep you consistent, which is what actually gets results. Payment is due before our first session together.

No trial sessions, but here's why: A single session doesn't give you real results, and it doesn't give me enough time to actually help you. What I DO offer is a consultation where we talk about your goals, I explain how I work, and we figure out if we're a good fit. If we're not the right match, I'll tell you that too. I'd rather be honest upfront than waste either of our time. My current clients stick with me because they're committed to the process, not just trying it out.

Not by me, ever. Look, I've been the person who felt uncomfortable at the gym. I get it. When you're training with me, my focus is 100% on you - teaching you, supporting you, celebrating your wins. I don't care if you're out of breath, sweating, struggling with a weight, or need to take breaks. That's literally what we're here for. You're working hard, and that deserves respect. Anyone who judges someone for trying to better themselves needs to check themselves. Period.

I train clients at gyms across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. We'll find a location that works with your schedule and where you feel comfortable. If you already have a gym membership, we can likely train there. If not, I'll help you figure out the best spot. The goal is to get you in a space where you can focus on your workout, not stress about logistics.

Give me 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule and we're good - life happens, I get it. Less than 24 hours or no-shows? That session is gone - no refunds, no makeups. I block that time specifically for you and turn down other clients, so I need enough notice to fill the spot. Fair?

Hell no, it's not just about weight. I track everything: weights lifted, reps completed, how exercises feel, your energy levels, how your clothes fit, strength gains, confidence, sleep quality. Progress is about the whole picture. Some of my best client transformations had minimal weight change but MASSIVE improvements in how they felt, what they could do, and how they showed up in their lives. That's what matters.

Yes, I include practical nutrition guidance that fits your real life. I'm not about cutting out foods you love or crazy restrictions. We're talking about building better habits, adding nutritious stuff, and finding balance. I'm not a registered dietitian, but I know what works for sustainable results and I'll give you the guidance you need to support your training. No tacos left behind.

Absolutely! Life changes, schedules shift - I get it. You can switch between virtual training and in-person training, or even do a mix of both if that works better for you. Just know that pricing is different between the two, so any payment difference will be due before we make the switch. We'll figure out what works best for you and your life. I'm here to work WITH you, not make things complicated.

Tell me what went wrong. Seriously. Was the trainer not listening to you? Pushing too hard? Not hard enough? Cookie-cutter programs that felt generic? I need to know what didn't work so I can make sure we don't repeat it. My approach is personalized - what works for one client might not work for you, and that's okay.
