No, you won't get bulky - and I can't stress this enough. Women don't have the testosterone levels needed to build that bodybuilder look. What you WILL get? Stronger. More defined. Confident as hell. The "toned" look you want? That literally comes from building muscle and losing fat - which is exactly what strength training does. Those super muscular women you're thinking of? They've been lifting heavy for YEARS with a very specific diet and training program. It doesn't happen by accident. Trust me on this.

They can't adapt to your workout when you're exhausted or push you harder when you're ready for it. I can. For real, visible results? 2-3 training sessions per week, consistently. That's the sweet spot. But here's what matters more than the number: showing up regularly beats showing up perfectly. I'd rather see you do 2 solid workouts every week for 3 months than 5 workouts a week for 2 weeks before you burn out. Consistency is everything. Results happen when you keep showing up, even on the days you don't feel like it.

Honestly? You'll feel different before you look different. Better sleep, more energy, feeling stronger - that stuff hits within 2-3 weeks. Physical changes? Give it 8-12 weeks of consistent work. And I'm not just talking about what you see in the mirror or on the scale. We're tracking strength gains, how your clothes fit, your confidence level, everything. Some weeks you'll see big changes, other weeks nothing seems to move. That's normal. That's life. We keep pushing forward anyway.

Probably, yes! I work with clients who have past injuries, surgeries, chronic pain - all kinds of stuff. You'll need to get clearance from your doctor first (non-negotiable), and then we design a personalized program that works around your limitations while still getting you stronger. If your situation needs specialized rehab or physical therapy, I'll tell you that too and connect you with the right person. I'm not here to mess you up - I'm here to help you feel good in your body again.

I mostly work with women - my brand is literally built around empowering women (Valiosa means "women of value" in Spanish!). That said, I've trained plenty of men and continue to. If your partner wants to train with me too? Hell yes, all are welcome! But just know my approach and my vibe are specifically designed with women's experiences, concerns, and goals in mind.

Current availability: I train clients Monday-Saturday, with session times between 6am-8pm EST. My schedule fills up 2-3 weeks out, especially for in-person training in Manhattan. Virtual training has more flexibility.

What if my schedule is weird? I work with early morning people, lunch break warriors, and after-work gym-goers. If you travel a lot or have an unpredictable schedule, virtual training gives you the most flexibility. We'll figure out what works.
